I'll fix the image issue asap, but I think the chapter issue might be a difference between the regular and volume release? I'll check when I get back, but otherwise I'm not sure.
(Edit)When I check the chapters on this page, the ordering is really weird cause they use 回表 and 回裏, which are the beginnings and endings of innings rather than regular chapter numbers

Thanks for updating the chapter numbers!
I don't see the page updates just yet, but I did also spot where the "1" was for first page for chapter 1.2 just now.
EDIT: NVM, the page got added.

FYI for anyone reading this comment who isn't already aware of this. For manga the smaller numbers in between the panels near the book spine area are for indicating the page order for a chapter while the larger numbers at the bottom corners are for the page number for the entire physical book or magazine. Just a random piece of trivia that comes in handy once in a while. I've circled the numbers I'm referring to in the example screenshots below:
