I understand the conversation entirely, she said what if he was in love with her and then if they were dating if he would go that far leading to the if he doesnt, she does and then they put themselves in that her) position.

Is it a leap from dating to sex? sort of but this a old chapter when Madoka was introduced (its her they talking about) and this is Yuna we talking about, at least earlier Yuna back when she was more into sexual stuff before that kinda vanished and she turned into a bit of a yandare.
