Nicely said by Kurokawa. "Being normal" is far less normal than "not being normal". All people deviate in certain things from the average, that is what makes us unique and individuals after all.
And I also liked that they didn't portray the interviewer as idiot or evil person, but just self-interested, which is a common mindset for a business owner.

One of best part of the manga is that it acknowledges that disability accomodation costs something and must be paid by someone. Unlike some activists I heard that just because there's this "curb cut" effect then it's as if curb cuts are free.
