I hardly even understand what's happening..i... feel disappointed. sigh. it is not a bad chapter but it feels alittle cheap.
don't worry. this is something normal in fiction so 'the god' can be properly beaten. the author might doesn't want to hurt himself much since that will take a lot of thinking in planning which is a lot of time.Gods that can only focus on one thing don't deserve the title, imo. They're just a more powerful being. Its like saying I'm a god because I can kill many ants.
just it ? i need more
There are lots of gods in modern and historical religions and mythology that lack omniscience.Gods that can only focus on one thing don't deserve the title, imo. They're just a more powerful being. Its like saying I'm a god because I can kill many ants.
It doesn't even have to be true omniscience. Even a smart/skilled human can think or do more than one thing at a time, but each additional thing is exponentially harder to manage. In fact, I'd say I can personally pseudo focus on looking at two things at the same time, because I can focus my eyesight on one thing, but spend my mental focus on something in my peripheral vision. Its only pseudo though, since it actually makes both things I'm trying to look at look fuzzy. I found out I could do this when I played multi-ball dodgeball as a kid. There are lots of gods in modern and historical religions and mythology that lack omniscience.
And getting too picky about the details just turns into a game of "my sky daddy can beat up your sky daddy"
It's not about understanding but the goal they want to achieve. Both in the end just want peace. Sei pretty much just got dragged along though he has the heart in the right place. Lufasa uses him as a Wild Card.i miss lufasu's comments on terra and luna like "normies should explode".
also, terra being compared to lufasu does sound a bit hypocritical, considering his understanding of the worlds machinations around him is rather thin and so far only includes wiping out his "enemies" assigned by the goddess, regardless the fact that the futility of this action was already explained to him.
fixing the issue the demonfolk he belongs to, that they are programmed to attack humanoids, is by far more important than that.
sei is a much better candidate for a hero than him in my opinion.
lufasu and terra aren't comparable in the slightest. there is no one who got more dragged into things than the guy currently piloting lufasu's body, who is seeking a way back to earth. he wouldn't put up with hostilities for long and has wiped out multiple weaker enemies through the course of the story. he is not peaceful, he just avoids stronger enemies. It's not about understanding but the goal they want to achieve. Both in the end just want peace. Sei pretty much just got dragged along though he has the heart in the right place. Lufasa uses him as a Wild Card.
Of note a small detail Demonfolk aren't "programmed" to attacked Humans, they can actually just "not" but they are programmed to "die" if they don't fight. To fix hat they need to turn them from a spell to actual living beings and that is part of his goal and the reason he met with Lufasa anyway.
