They already established that vampires can get blood from hospitals since the head of that one hospital is a vampire. So of course vampires would be embedded in other high ranking positions, especially in the government. Vampires have been around for ages of course they would have fail safes in place to make sure stories and situations like what the detective was planning wouldn't come to fruition. Please, just end this nonsensical arc already. Early years of Nazuna part was interesting, but rest of it is just utter shit. Unnecessary temporary "girfriend", detective fighting and winning against vampires, who move with fuckin speed of sound (remember how Nazuna attacked Seri). But it's nothing compare to detective's plan. It's one of the most retarded keikaku I've ever seen. It's just painful to read without overwhelming cringe. And it's very disappointing cause this manga is actually pretty good if not this detective's arc.
