So I'm new to this website and tried to upload my translated chapter for "Unnamed Memory" Vietnamese I was upload about 15 chapter before. Old group upload is cbc garden and I'm friend of them but now when cbc garden is close I was asked them about re-up their translated and wanna upload with new group by my own is UM Viet Nam. But now when I upload new chapter MangaDex told me : "You might not have permission to upload chapters." I choose UM Viet Nam and CBC Garden all of them are not working. Please help me.

Creating groups with the sole purpose of reuploading other's people work is not allowed, groups should be properly credited.
The group is unclaimed and doesn't have any upload restriction, upload their translations using their group, don't credit yourself if you're only reuploading.

Sure that why old chapter I upload in name cbc garden and of course didnt have credit for me and you can see it. Now I want continuous in own group. Can I allow to do this.

You can put your group if you want to translate new chapters, yes, but don't put your group in already translated chapters if you didn't participate in the translation.
