I do enjoy black coffee, never tried it as jelly though, wonder if I could make it?

Not gonna lie but I'd love to try this Ersatz coffee. Though if I were to guess, these days, any "healthy" alternative is going to cost a fortune.

I forgot if it was pudding or jelly, but I once mix coffee powder with one and it's pretty good. I didn't think about the powder dregs tho.
