It really isnt. The line-breaking hyphen ALWAYS goes at the end of the broken line, not the start of the next
This also goes for honorifics. Adding the hyphen at the start of the new line when it starts with a honorific is a pointless, unnecessary habit that some moron typesetters decided to pull out of their asses because they thought they needed to reinvent typography. Anyone who does this needs a hand massage. With a tire iron.
Also goes for people who line-break monosyllabic words.
Never break the word. Break the bubble. Retard.
