Apart from the ending (asked hard) and harem route, where protagonist gets to score with every major girl (though it is justified in-story and helps to accentuate his negative traits), i rather liked it. It offered somewhat unique perspective on why people may choose to crossdress (without any "modern" social statement - like inclinations), and there was that one interesting psychological "twist" connected to one of the romantic subplots , that's associated with trope not used often in modern fiction.
Quite different from what gender benders became nowadays. If you choose to read it, you should probably be aware that the story doesn't get any kind of resolution (even "rushed" kind of variation) - it just stops ; journey's pretty interesting though.
