it's just that usually those are just standard romcom
the popular recently are Seihantai Kimi to Boku, Tonikawa, the barbeque marriage, etc. (Wotaku koi, maybe?)

depends on what you prefer
for confession or done deal followed by mild dramas, you have the Ritzhardt-Sieg marriage story, Yubiren, Majo-senpai, to name a few, Kaoru Hana is also pretty popular lately
or go for the old school Lovely Complex, Ase sekken, etc.
if you want some action sprinkled here and there, I suggest Akagami Shirayuki
there are even more if we go to the Josei section, though they usually are followed by lots of drama and cheatings and whatnot
