The difference is most of the time, they're tryna brush it as "accident" moments for the sake of "ecchi". But there's a sense of deliberate intent on this manga, especially with the exaggeration. And the contrast between MC's actual personality vs how he's portrayed also makes his case different. Especially with the fact that our MC actually has agency in regards with trying to find ways to solve or counteract such predicaments instead of just being handed in a silver platter or be the punchline. Other MCs tend to either be Japanese beta male or horny losers, both veiled under the guise of "kindness", he just is portrayed as one despite being an actual respectable person.
