本人[kalata]，系[心动警报追缉令]的唯一原创作者及合法版权所有人，该作品原创完成时间为[创作完成日期]，本人依法享有该漫画作品的全部著作权，包括但不限于复制权、信息网络传播权、翻译权、改编权等所有相关知识产权权利，受《中华人民共和国著作权法》及《伯尔尼保护文学和艺术作品公约》等国际版权公约保护。

经核查，贵方/贵平台在未获得本人任何书面授权许可的情况下，擅自对本人上述原创漫画作品进行翻译，并将侵权翻译版本在[外网平台名称，如Twitter、Instagram、Webtoon等]上发布、传播、引流，该行为已严重侵犯本人合法版权，属于明确的著作权侵权行为，违反了国际版权保护相关法律法规。

在此，本人正式向贵方提出严正警告，并要求贵方立即执行以下事项：

1. 立即删除并彻底下架所有平台上涉及本人该漫画作品的侵权翻译内容，永久停止一切未经授权的翻译、复制、传播、发布等侵权行为；

2. 自收到本警告函起3个工作日内，停止对该作品的所有侵权相关操作，且不得再以任何形式使用、传播本人原创漫画及衍生翻译内容；

3. 若逾期未整改，本人将立即采取进一步法律行动，包括但不限于向外网平台提交版权投诉下架申请、发起版权侵权诉讼、追究贵方法律责任及经济赔偿，由此产生的一切法律后果和损失，均由贵方全部承担。

本人保留所有侵权证据，望贵方重视此事，立刻停止侵权并整改，切勿触碰法律底线。

Copyright Infringement Warning Letter for Manhua Works


To the relevant infringing party/platform:


I, [kalata], am the sole original author and legal copyright holder of the work [Heart Alarm Wanted]. I hold all copyrights to this manhua work under the laws of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, communication through information networks, translation, adaptation, and other related intellectual property rights, all of which are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and other international copyright treaties.


Upon investigation, it has come to my attention that your platform has, without my written authorization, translated my original manga work and has published, distributed, and driven traffic to the infringing translated version on [External platform name, e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Webtoon, etc.]. This action seriously infringes upon my legal copyrights and constitutes clear copyright infringement, violating relevant international copyright laws and regulations.


Hereby, I formally issue a strict warning to you and request that you immediately comply with the following actions:

1. Immediately delete and permanently remove all infringing translated content related to my manga work from all platforms, and cease any unauthorized translations, reproduction, dissemination, publication, and other infringing activities;
2. Within 3 working days from the receipt of this warning letter, stop all related infringing activities regarding this work, and refrain from using or distributing my original manga and derivative translated content in any form;
3. If you fail to take corrective action within the stipulated period, I will take further legal action immediately, including but not limited to submitting a copyright complaint to the external platform for removal, initiating a copyright infringement lawsuit, holding your party legally responsible, and seeking economic compensation. Any legal consequences and losses arising from this will be fully borne by your party.

I have retained all evidence of the infringement. I urge you to take this matter seriously, cease the infringement immediately, and correct the issue to avoid breaching legal boundaries.
