Not really, there isnt an explanation for it but I think Nishigaki just chose to use that as an example sentence for the robot to "translate"

akari should of been croped out on panel 1 page 6 and had a speech box over her stupid face on page 11 panel 6.

This is really not a good sign for akari lacking presence in s4.
