Yeah it's just another chapter about him being sick. Here's a translation of just the text for the curious, since cleaning and typesetting take the longest:

	Panel 1: [Morning Walk] Panel 2: Nozaki: "I have to..." "I have to go out..." 'If I don't...' Ghost: 'Don't overdo it.' Panel 3: Nozaki: "ACHOO!"
	Panel 4: Nozaki: "This is..." Panel 5: Nozaki: "Is it pollen...?" Ghost: (Seems rough.) 'From one thing to another.'

That makes way more sense. I just ran it through Google Lense and page 1 panel 3 was pretty much gibberish instead of an achoo sound.

Yeah it actually was basically gibberish, 'ACHOO!' conveys it well enough though. The original was something like 'Bueckshoiya!' which just looks strange in English.

For anyone coming here in the future who is confused about these comments, I originally missed what is now chapter 18 and ended up skipping it, only realising at this chapter. I've removed the note since I've now fixed all the numbering, though it took me a little while 🙃.
