Can't really remember what the oath is named anymore, but pharmacists have a white coat ceremony, and nurses have a capping ceremony where they both pledge a bunch of professional things at the end. So I assume therapists have the same, probably any healthcare related field now that I think about it

Anyway even if oshiko's just taking advantage of him, he technically still has to stay professional as long as they're patient and practitioner. But I guess as long as his off hours it doesn't matter to him
