Yeah I was thinking since the first chapter... MC was ordering people to plant a bunch of ornamental flowers and not pick any but those fields don't really seem like they're part of her family's garden?
They seem like the kind of fields that that are supposed to be bringing some kind of practical benefit to the people living in the wider territory.
