Even if a doctor got transported to a magical world they wouldn't be able to use all of their knowledge effectively. They can't really get someone's blood work. And even if they know what disease it is it doesn't mean they'll know how to produce the medicine necessary for that disease or even be capable of doing it. If someone had diabetes he wouldn't have the equipment necessary to produce insulin. And it's not like modern medicine has a cure for every single disease ever. If someone gets cancer there's nothing he can do. And there could be hundreds of diseases that only exist in that world that he doesn't know about. And I don't want to even think about how different all the other races biology is from humans. To be able to grow antlers would require a completely different digestive system not to say anything about stronger neck muscles and of course a stronger spine to attach those muscles too. And that's just to support the weight not even including the actual way for the antlers to grow.

Yeah, noticed that on previous chapter, but thought fox-girl's help was implied. Not sure what was the point of manga making only fox-girl being able to understand MC, if he managed to learn local language at a breakneck pace.

I wish the manga would fucking decide and stick with the MC being able to communicate with everyone or requiring a translator.

I'm guessing the like two times he asked the beast girl to write something in her language down in the dirt will be used to "explain" that he suddenly learned the language somehow.

But even before that, the mangaka was apparently forgetting that the MC could only understand the beast girl and vice versa.
