As we saw last chapter, when shao became truly cognizant of her having slept with another man, she's absolutely horrified. The brainwashing is also preventing her from realizing that she is brainwashed. Hence her horror and confusion over her memories of her "willingly" sleeping with someone else.

What shao was essentially asking for was breakup sex. Their relationship was over, but she wanted them to have at least one good memory before they ended it. Barring that, she was also willing to die for "betraying" the MC. That, plus Yuno's words, is what leads the MC to forgive rather than punish. As of the moment, they're treating what happened between shao and the fake as a "drunken mistake". The MC slept with shao so they could end their relationship on (bitter)sweet terms.

Honestly, you'd thought it were battle scars (i mean, she's one of the fighters in the party, so not strange for her to have those). Maybe they actually are, though the context tells otherwise.
