They treat her well and overall take things very lightly, but I do wish the three of them would at some point declare she's a party member and not a slave, or something along those lines. For now they've continued along with it, and while they're obviously not malicious, cutting out the root of her insecurities seems just like what Minami needs right about now.

If anything, we'll probably eventually get a chapter in which she's explicitly "freed" and given the choice to stay with them of her own accord, maybe, and the guys seeming so nonchalant about everything still is just emphasizing how food-motivated they are.

Also, just yeeting a wok full of boiling oil is CRAZY.

It feels like throughout the series so far, the trio are just living in the moment and focusing on things day by day instead of looking at things on a bigger scope or bigger picture.

With the tone set so far, it feels like a no brainer the author will eventually either go the route of freeing the Minami or having her stay as a slave but is treated like a normal person. With how her mindset is right now, if they tried to free her she may see that as them discarding her. So its probably going to be running theme for some time, until she's eased into their viewpoints on common sense as opposed to the norm for the world.

All-in-all, something I appreciate is the manga artist going through the trouble of drawing their armor every single time. Its a small detail overall, but usually its kinda a pain to draw full sets of armor especially for multiple characters in multiple scenes.

Genuinely a refreshing Isekai, i thought at chapter 1, one of the boys would be unemployed and the other 2 is a hero but no, they struggle together and actually have them boys interaction and not one of them having a giant ego
