I don't know what's the deal with these parties bro. Why can't you just have a party of 5 : Main-DPS (Mage), Sub-DPS(Knight), Tank(Shielder), Support(Healer/Enchanter), Flexible Substitue. It's REALLY good, especially if one of your main 4 got injured or busy.
