This can probably just be smoothed over with a handwave like "even if the goddess is weaker, she has access to goddess-specific unique magic". So world-hopping would be a monumental feat even he (or anything else in his world) couldn't do, but the goddess can by virtue of being a goddess.

That indeed has happened in a lot of other manga. Well, I guess I can only hope that the goddess would refuse to help MC at first so that he can convincingly persuade her to agree for a prolonged time.
