While there are a decent number of inconsistencies throughout the story, neither of the ones brought up here are particularly good examples of them lol

I had a re-read of Chapter 3 to be sure, but Noin never said she was the first Hero (yet), just that she was summoned to that world in the past and decided to stay. Sure, it was lowkey implied (what with all the "we don't know what happened to the Hero after they defeated the demon king!"), but we all know that the MC's denser than a neutron star, so it's not really an inconsistency, just MC being oblivious (as usual).

And for the fruit, it was established that she didn't feel the need to heal herself because the scar was a source of pride for her; nevertheless, the MC still gave it to her because it would be good to have it available as an option, should she eventually choose to do so

Lilia reaction was quite funny, she is the one with common sense, it reminded ne od fhe Abridged version of the Smartphone Isekai, "Oh look, he went out for a walk and brought home a fucking legendary best"

Compared to the Smartphone Isekai, this Manga is good because if is self concious that the protagonist is OP in its own way, and don't try to gaslight it.

She said she didn't care about the loss of her voice, so she's probably holding onto the fruit in case of a future emergency. She never ate the fruit in the chapter, nor did it imply she did at any point in the chapter or afterwards.

This example is just wrong. Nuen never claimed she was the first hero, she just claimed she was a hero who came here at some point and didn't feel like going back. There were multiple heroes between Hikari and the current characters, it was much more reasonable to assume she is one of those than the original who just disappeared one day.
