re-reading this, he's by a mile the worst villain in the series because his powers are complete overpowered nonsense. Zeon had a very well designed skillset and a backstory that justifies him being that powerful. This guy is basically an isekai cheat character, strong because he has to be and with all the plot armor that comes along with it.
