Not exactly, the next chapters are in order: a side-story, two making-of chapters starring the authors, and a sorta "prototype" of Zebraman.

That was actually a good ending and wouldn't be bothered if it ended here, i can see the inspirations from Ishinomori in the principal, Ishinomori was someone who always advocated for ambiental causes and was aiming at driving that point home with the Kamen Rider he never finished before dying, Kamen Rider Gaia.

Spoiler: Well, about that...

In the movie he obtains powers and also a second form after surviving the episode which Zebraman died. That's also why the ending is so different.
