I need some minor explanation since English isn't my first language, if I look gutter cleaning I see a bunch of guys cleaning that part of the ceiling, but if I see the image of her workplace, she's holding some cloth and there's a bunch of rocks in boxes in the back so is that really what she's doing?

As KagamiGaSuki said, a gutter is the thing at the side of the road that redirects water into the sewer system. Cleaning these for a job is typically associated with someone who is very down on their luck and just needs any work to stay afloat. So it gets looked down on a lot, and is sometimes used as an insult

I actually kinda dig the "let's become an adventurer" angle, now.
Starting from the very bottom, even if she doesn't have to with her strength, is a fresh way of writing out an overpowered character like this. And it's not like she won't set to rights any asshole who screws with her or those around her along the way, in the meantime.

Too many authors have the main character start out gathering herbs or slaying slimes, and then a convenient high level monster show up for them to slay. Then the guild has no choice but to advance them multiple ranks upwards. So it's refreshing to see the main character themselves wanting to experience the lower rank jobs.

Juli needs more practice on how to smile cutely. Maybe she could, I don't know, ask for help from Juliana? If Juliana can take back control of her own body and smile in front of a mirror, Juli could see the exact way to smile. It's weird how little input Juliana offers in terms of what actions Juli takes with her body. Is Juliana ever going to get a turn to have her body back?

I like that the author is fleshing out the other characters back stories, thoughts, motivations, and emotion. Too many authors only do that for the main character. The work being done to establish the side characters make them feel more real.

I'm disappointed that we didn't get to see Juli clean gutters. Not even a single panel depicting it.
