Finally!!! I found this manga years ago when the anime came out in 2005. As I was a big fan of the movie Final Countdown (where an American aircraft carrier gets transported to Pearl Harbor 1941), I was instantly hooked. Alas I lost track around chapter 133, never even noticed Mangadex also had it!
