Such a BS argument really. Japan was a mess in the 30s and 40s, because they decided everyone acting on their own was fine as long as it was "in good nationalist fervor" and so the country stumbled into war after war, because Army and Navy did what they wanted and not only that, different parts of the Army and Navy acted on their own as well. Meanwhile the civilian government or what was left of it, desperately tried to keep up.
I guess that's the "deciding and acting for themselves" he wants to go back to? lol
