Yeah, they pretty much announced that when new arc started, and it's even mentioned in the description of Volume 5:

Right, at first I thought that was an unrealistic trope of using ethanol as a tranquilizer to facilitate infiltration, but upon further consideration, the timeline doesn't seem to support that (which is good, because it's a stupid trope).
