My fellow Americans, we are fighting the biggest disinformation campaign since your grandparents discovered FaceBook. If you've gone on ahead and scoped out my uploads, you'll find that I've only ever done work on 5 different series. The two series that I originally picked up this hobby for: (1-Day Outing Forman) oversaw 120 chapter releases over the course of 8 months and was all caught up, and the other (Mr. Tonegawa) was scanned to completion. I did one volume of a Teacher B00Bs (16 releases), and I handed the series over to a group before I retired.

The last manga I worked on was (Yumene Connect), where I was only supposed to ever do the first chapter. The short version of the story is that a week after that chapter released, a Peruvian group reached out to my associate and told him that they were interested in continuing the manga. They proceeded to lead him on for a week, then a few more weeks until finally ghosting him after a few months. Yeah, they f***ed us. I have never been so f***ed before in my life, and I've attended a few Brony conventions in my time.
Anyway, I went ahead and worked up to ch.7 on my own which is pretty much the end of the first volume even after announcing my official retirement.

So yeah. I had a little chuckle after reading that comment. Felt a bit like Monica Lewinsky in 1998 after she bonked Clinton (wait, did the zoomers get that reference?).
I'm not sure if this post was even needed until I saw people doomposting and panicking in the thread. I also noticed some people skipping ahead and spoiling it for themselves (nuuu, stahp) and scrambling to MTL the next few chapters (dey're takin' are jawbs!). Rest assured that I will release chapters 33-37 (End of volume) in a timely manner.

And this opens us up onto the next topic of discussion:

She isn't like him. His condition is unique. He got bit in one of the early chapters but never turned into a zombie. He may be immune for whatever reason, but still has the virus in his system. That's why the zombies don't attack him. That's my take anyways.

There's a scene at the end of "Inglourious Basterds" where Brad Pitt's character carves a swastika into Christoph Waltz's head so that after the war's over, people would know what he did. That's literally me right now, scars and all.
But you know: good things can come from this as well. Christoph Waltz went on to win both Academy Awards for Best Actor and Best Supporting actor, and also moved on to play one of the most iconic villains on film - Chudnofsky from the 'Green Hornet' remake
