There is that one where the hero MC and his friend create a dungeon and do lewd things to people said friend had to run away in the first place because he was fucking the kings wife and daughter can't remember it for the life of me. They are technically the villains of the series.

Why do you keep mentioning this being a manga? The form of media has no bearing on this. This cliche is prevalent in literally every for of media: books, movies, TV, games, everything.

And it doesn’t matter if ‘it shouldn’t be surprising’. It’s still an overused and tired cliche.
