I mean...at this point, if they really want to stay with Discount Hentai Protagonist #1 and remain as sex slaves MC and the gang should just dip. The people at the school need them, not the other way around.

Is this one of those "I'd rather be a snake's head than a dragon's tail" situation? It has to be right? Siding with the MC and his superpowered harem members give them a much higher chance of survival. Even if the queen bee suspects them to be infected, just seeing them walk and talk normally should make her realize they found a way to suppress or stop the virus.

I know she worked hard to install Discount Protag as a puppet leader to steal all the power, but she should be smart enough to know when to fold. Being demoted to a side character in another group is way better than waiting to be eaten by zombies.

She figured out or assumes that the main group were all bitten and are therefore at risk of becoming zombies at any moment, which is true if the protagonist can’t help them. Obviously the pig’s a scumbag and should be abandoned, though it’s not entirely unbelievable to see how the girls are scared and think that this guy being “immune” is the safer option in the moment.
