Not much of a high risk, these zombies are all super horny and all you need is one of the cured girls (assuming sensei chooses to get cured) to use their strength to hold them in place while the MC injects the treatment.

Otherwise this story could go into an even worse direction where the MC could find survivors and put them in a zombie situations on purpose in hopes of having to force them to choose to be in his harem or die from a resulting zombie bite.

That scenario would probably never happen due to story reasons unless this author is really really shit lol. Only way I see it being even a little bit possible is if they tie a zombie up, full ball gag or bit gag like nezuko, and then do the deed.
