I still don't get why this guy has any sort of control when he's like this. He has a revolver with limited ammo, and regularly invites people to his room to molest them, so you'd think someone would've gotten fed up with being his slave and taken his gun while he was sleeping or otherwise occupied, especially when they were making it out like he's only been hording the supplies that were already there.
