Uploading chapter as a new user

I have tried to upload a new oneshot and it is showing up as unavailable. The chapter has been uploaded for 2 days and its still not up. How long does the manual approval take?

Normally, first time uploads only take a few hours. You could try uploading it again though. Maybe the upload was rejected?

maybe someone hates you so much they don't want the chapter uploaded. that or perhaps mods been taking some break, who knows
