i read two versions of ch 4 and 5 and i cant find what youre saying mate
they clearly say she lost her husband, and the guy is ashamed of he suffering more and hallucinating even tho hes a friend while shes the wife
its ntr, if its taking or stealing someone while considering other people in the equation, related in any way, its ntr, and counts even if its stealing from the dead lul
