It's crazy to think the only reason the RR army was defeated was because Commander Red only cared about being tall and nothing else.
There's an alternate timeline where Staff Officer Black is the leader and successfully takes over the world. He likely would have cut the army's loses on the Dragon Balls after Goku beats Colonel Yellow. Makes you wonder how the rest of the series would have panned out.
