I feel like it's related to the father, I think she's like a spy for him basically. Although why she calls MC a child cause he asked about a BF is weird cause it's not like he's 8 or something. But overall this series like many like it I just can't believe romance would sprout from people raised as siblings.

Only the youngest sister before pre-meeting showed romantic feelings for a brother and knew it was wrong for her to feel that way. So now post meeting why almost all the girls wanna get on the MC's dick feels very wish fulfillment but not very realistic in any shape.

She probably knew it all along. Being the oldest, she probably has the most memories about the time when the rest of the siblings were adopted, and realistically she could've figured it out, from the fact that their mother wasn't pregnant.
