Fucking aphe at poeple??? seems the authour doesnt know that aphe only explodes after penetrating actual armour/wall.

Edit: See that they say its a time fuzed shell. Those dont exist for APHE shells, they only have penetration fuzes. Timer fuzes exist, but thats for HE shells, and usually only anti air weaponry or SPAA. ATGM's use VT so thats also different
