Tbh, I'm still enjoying it, but I'm quite disappointed how much this manga is chopping up the story. There are parts that are hard to follow due to them removing and moving around things. Will be interesting to see how it turns out going foward.

Since I am reading WN, maybe it's not weird it's so different but to think they skipped a lot. Especially her "Childhood" or more correctly her previous life.

Ya, they skipped her previos life, and the first 10 or so chapters of part 2. Part 2 in the WN starts with her as a little kid, instead of 12. They also moved some of the scenes around, for example, basically everything in chapter 3 happened before chapter 1. Furthermore, they cut a lot of exposition out. I fully understand that this is sometimes necessary when adapting manga from a novel, but they cut so much it's a bit confusing at times.

in the actual previous life she was a sickly girl all the way to her death (we see her in the hospital room on that page here)

Her death was when Handsome (written as prince/ouji, read as Handsome) lost his weight from the shock, before the 'otome game' started.

This time since her return she help him lose weight early, not to mention befriending Kouki and the shopping district people.

Oh and of course, grandpa...THAT topic is gonna be fun if/when the story get there.

maybe they just wanted to give us the Yuzu POV of not knowing what the heck is going on except for having some superpowers lol

I'm gonna dd to the chorus that I just feel out of place reading this, it's bad if you have to read/watch another medium to get the full story period. If they don't flashback to the start and actually world/character build then this will be an incredibly hard and wasted experience cause it'll get axe-kun early.

I was wondering why she looked older than she's supposed to be, but they changed everyones ages in manga for some reason? In WN she was 8 y/o, but now she's 12. It doesn't really affect that much in the story though.

in the WN she tried to use Handsome at first but eventually stop because too cringe and stick to Ouji as a nickname, but given the frankenstein state the manga is in I don't know how they want to handle that.

I'm hoping the LN does well enough that we get an anime adaption. They could probably adapt all off part 1 if a 2 cour season

As someone who never read the LN this manga has me so lost, I'm close to dropping it and just reading the dang LN lol. I dunno why anyone would start a series halfway into it on a new medium.
