man i know jobin has been an antagonist for a hot minute but now he's a VILLAIN villain, in pursuit of his own goals he's become blind to any other logic. the whole point of curing tsurugi was so the first higashikata sons didn't have to sacrifice themselves anymore - then he kills norisuke anyway??? i know the curse would still be lifted for future gens, but goddamn. and wanting yasuho to die for even trying to get in his way too. horrifying what he's become

Okay this entire chapter made me want to punch Jobin hard. Like slug him real good. NORISUKE MY KING EVERYTHING PLEASE. Also interesting how the end note says ‘And as usual, Jobin did nothing wrong.’ Hm, we’ll see about that. Still keeping an open mind, but it’s not looking too good

Also I completely agree with this. The whole point of this path was so the Higashkita’s didn’t have to be sacrificed, but then goes ahead and kills Norisuke while also trying to kill Yasuho who saved his wife and unborn fetus. Then has the audacity to say this is the right path. How could the Higashikita’s possibly be winning when the head of their household just died(im still hoping hes somehow alive). Plus his siblings are devastated and it looks like he’s threatening them too. Is this really winning, Jobin? Again, the story isn’t over yet so I’m holding my reservations til it’s all revealed.
