You might as well say that Naruto's Nine-Tailed Fox Spirit copied Pokémon, using that logic. The Tomoe design in the eye came from a historical myth in Japanese culture. Naruto, Soul Eater, Black Clover, and many other manga have done this, they draw their inspiration from old myths, and not from each other. It's the same with Naruto and DragonBall both drawing inspiration from Journey to the West, Son Goku inspired by Sun Wukong, a martial artist with monkey traits who uses a pole staff in combat, and The Third Hokage, Hiruzen's summon, The Monkey King who can transform into a powerful pole staff for Hiruzen to use in combat. If you're looking for a manga that has all original content, that doesn't copy from other sources, you'll be hard-pressed to find it.
