This story is so damn hard to follow

This is probably the continuation to chapter 32, and maybe we will get a fill in of the blanks eventually telling us what happened between the downfall of the capital and this chapter

For now I think it is safe to assume that this kid Ryuuma is the baby from the downfall of Mizgard arc, since he is a half Albino, which would make him the current heir to the throne, except that the monarchy was abolished i think

Because the arc ended with General Ains becoming the one in charge since the people wouldn't recognize a half Albino baby as heir, and the existence of the royalty became a troublesome idea since the royalist fled the country, and all the other members of the monarchy died

Seems like Yatsuha lost his sanity after acting like a hive mind and having deep dived into King Mayu's memories, was it ever explained why he was able to connect with King Mayu? was Yatsuha a clone of Mayu too?

The gay merchant is the technician/junk collector who was traveling with Yatsuha before the fall of Mizgard, when he meet Ryuuma's Bride, that guy low key has survived a lot despite being just a regular guy

Mario is most likely the kid that has been traveling with the Merchant since back in the day, no idea if his name is actually Mario or if he just took that as an alias, because the "Mom"... Roxanne, is most likelly the sister from the slums, the one that got her brother killed and used as a scapegoat for the execution of the One Armed Ryuuma, and then had her younger brother die fighting the Albino invasion

But we know that she is not actually Mario and Jin's mom, so could it be a cover identity, or maybe she actually adopted them?

We gone with so many Ryuuma and some a bit more longer arc (just from my feel) got me going "the fuck going on now?" every time.

• Yatsuha has gone partly insane, I believe, because of the kids' (Mario and Ryuuma's thoughts) "It's one of his bad days" and "He's useless today";
• Ryuuma (indeed, he's the baby from the downfall of Midgard arc) is talking about his biological mom's eye when he says "Don't you dare make fun of my mother's eye";
• Roxanne's younger brother didn't die, it's shown at the start of this chapter that he wants to and does leave for the former royal capital (and also, Roxanne and co. in Chapter 31 page 11 being saved by Tenba, and they're way too happy for her younger brother to have died, said younger brother included lol);

I don't remember if there was a reason shown on why Yatsuha was able to deep dive into the King's memories
