This is adaption of a novel with the same name. It's basically crossdressing!Bakarina, but worse (if the NovelUpdates reviews are accurate).
Spoiler from the novel if anyone wants:
"The author made a bunch of side stories depicting various romantic ends and an entire something 10 chapter extra story with yuri ending." - The Hamster
So basically, it's a story where you can choose your preferred ending. It's definitely BL bait though.
I doubt that the serialized version will follow the novel though, since that's too convenient, and yuri ending, in a mainstream series? I'd love to see that happen though I doubt it.

I kinda like the novel more than the manga. It's a bit more touching imo. Especially the scene with the dad and the brother. Like, that was such a touching scene in the novel and wasn't played off as comedic!! But I still love this adaptation, cause of "Gullibert"! Very cute!
MC works their ass off to ensure that they appear to be a fucking moron for as long as humanly possible, beyond any kind of suspension of disbelief, and eventually changes a touching and strong idea with beautiful possibilities into a run-of-the-mill bullshit tard-fest of "misunderstandings" that are neither funny, nor entertaining, nor plausible, nor worthwhile.
A masterclass on how to take a great idea and grind out any form of creativity, soul, and/or spark of basic humanity in order to intentionally reduce good and decent ideas to the emotional content of a network television commercial.
Yanno, so that the amount of butthurt expressed by having a female be a main character is only internet hatred and the normal threats of rape and murder for daring to have a female exist as anything other than a sex toy.
Since that's literally happened to any author who ever dared to have a woman as a protagonist; I mean, even people HERE still say "FMC" because their idea of a "Main Character" can only have a dick!
Not to get off on a rant, or anything...
But there are still some nice parts, even if they are overshadowed by lines like:
"I like you"
"Oh, he meant 'Eye, like Ewe' and so he must mean somebody has eyes like a ewe or sheep, so he definitely like sheep eyes! I knew it!"
Because no human that has ever spoken to another human has ever been this fucking stupid, and it's literally offensive to the level of intelligence above the age of Two.
A 2-year-old can understand; we are all older than Two.
Nobody believes it means "eye like ewe." Ever. No matter what.
So... if your suspension of disbelief can handle that level of stupid, this is great.
Also, I have a Nigerian Prince to introduce to you.
But, outside of that idiocy, im in love with the MC and her whole family; especially her lil' femboi brother! He's so cute, I just wanna snug him!
