IIRC She is not fully innocent, but more a entitled brat. but she had nothing to do with MC getting exiled beyond existing.
The framing and exile was 100% the prince.
The prince thinks MC is a commoner since she never stated her lineage, he never looked beyond what he was told and barely interacted with her.
Because of this bias he never wanted to marry her.
The instructor who was responsible for MC's queens education knew she had to be a noble from Mc's manners when the lessons started, as MC already knew everything since she is a princess.
As soon as he heard about a noble born saint he decided she would be a better queen.

Missy is not actually a noble, but a orphan.
Her "Uncle" found out there was a saint at the local orphanage and decided to claim she was his dead brothers kid for political gain, I do not think exiling the MC was part of his plans but having a saint in their house would be a gain in power and prestige regardless.
