It's only been 5 years. In Hezmoch's case, there's no real reason she would look any older, since in the past of the restaurant she was very late teens/early 20's (after culinary school, remember), and as she's a petite person, she wouldn't change much in that time. We only see different character designs for her as a child and a young teenager.

As for Jean, she's been a timeless beauty since the character was introduced, so she's not going to look any different until you go all the way back to her student days, and even then it's really just hair length. Twenty years from now her character design would probably still be almost identical, just maybe with a few added streaks of gray.

As to why Dennis's design does change, well, somebody's has to, to show the passage of time, and he arguably has lived the hardest life of the three over those 5 years. Plus, from a meta perspective, male characters arguably don't lose as much in their appeal when you add a few years of wear and tear. It's often quite the opposite, actually, just as in real life.
