satsuma dialect rlly is just. Like That. its generally considered the most incomprehensible jp dialect when comparing to standard jp, so the tler(s) choosing to do something similar in english is, subjectively, the right way to go about tling it

You're delusional. Yasuke's intro literally had him being praised as "a Samurai above Samurai" whereas William was considered a ruthless invading barbarian, Nakamaru and Kyoutarou clearly have a lot more respect for Yasuke considering the presentation thus far.

William has never really been seen that way, I was shocked by his portrayal here honestly. He was just an advisor that helps flip the shogunate from supporting one brand of christianity to another.
