Not to be a dick, but there's a typo on page 6: it's Nevada, not Neveda. I was going to say you had the West and East coasts mixed up too, but I think that's actually the author...

wait, where are the coasts are mixed up, they seem correct...? unless u mean the shizuoka part? (tho that prob refers to the brewing style of west coast style ipa rather than the physical location of the prefecture)

Page 6, lower left corner. The only place on the East Coast of the US that's extremely warm would be South Carolina and Florida. For that matter, Europe's not really extremely warm either, at least not in the traditional beer-producing areas.

ah, ok, didn't catch that! yea, just read past it quickly and just assumed it was correctly placed- made more confusing by seeing the palm trees implying the warm, western? coastal climate =D

Yeah, either that or the southeastern part of the East Coast, which is not where the beer techniques came from.
