One of the best revenge scenes I've seen in mangas so far. Most mangas always pussy out and go the route of having the hero forgive or just forgo taking revenge, saying that "they're beneath me and way weaker than me, I don't care about them anymore" kind of bullshit. And even when we do get revenge scenes, they're always just swiftly killed. This is more legitimate revenge someone with power would take on people he hates from the bottom of his heart. It's not some gratuitous, disgusting revenge that some mangas have for the weird and sick fetishes like guro lovers, but this is a more realistic, and still quite brutal, type of revenge.
