I wonder what food is toxic to foxes?

Is it the same stuff as chocolate with dogs?

At least she can cook and not just end up with something like dog food.

Thanks for the chapter!

Actually, foxes are Omnivourus; they can easily eat human food, which is why they do so well scavenging in towns and cities. There are few foods that give them problems; dairy can be problematic, but beyond that, they eat anything.

Dairy can be problematic for humans too. I miss when I wasn't lactose intolerant :meguuusad:

While foxes have adapted to eat almost anything, its quite similar to cats and dogs - onions, garlic, grapes and raisins are extremely toxic to foxes and can be fatal.

Other toxic foods (i.e caffeine, alcohol, some nuts, excessive salt) are dependant on dosage and weight and have long term negative consequences on their health.

They also have a few specifics for their diet i.e If raw oily fish makes up more than 10% of their diet, they could get a fatal vitamin b1 defiency, they lack the facial muscles to chew
