gut feeling says she did kill sb, but not all of the victims and there's some circumstance that, while not exonerating her, puts the killings she did do into a different light. no victim seems clean to me.

I legitimately can't tell if the artist just forgot to draw the choker in all the other panels, or if that one panel with the choker isn't actually Shinju and is Leon's daughter. Like, she looks like Leon's daughter but without the choker, so it makes others who see her imagine her with the choker.
